Opensolaris 2008.05 ships with the IPS Image Packaging System, which, even if it&#8217;s got very few packages, has both command line and gui tools.

		<description><![CDATA[Got this laptop just in time for the opensolaris install, let&#8217;s find out if we can get an usable system.
The dvd drive is REALLY noisy, but the livecd booted without a hitch. You get a boot menu (standard, console and boot from hdd), then a keyboard/desktop language selection text menu, and you&#8217;re ready to go.
